Perfect Stays Hotel in Haridwar

I live in USA and travel within USA n world wide .I must stay this hotel carrying American standard level .it's very clean , Higene , very friendly staff ,very safe location for solo or families . Hotel employee was the best .Thanks for your HostilityÂ

Cleanliness, location, staff

The staff is very Friendly specially Mr. bhopal he helped alot . Hotel is neat and clean and loader with all amenities.Location is exactly in compound of railway station.I'll rate this as best and comfy stay in haridwar

Nice location, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are big. I would definitely stay again. The perfect place to rest before or after some train travel.

There was fire that caught up on the floor and instead of evacuating ppl from the room The hotel staff didn’t even bother to tell us anything

We slept well after a full day of traveling. Despite being next to the train station, the room was calm and peaceful. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Location and the exceptional staff & great customer relations. It’s a great idea to provide a shared facility (tea coffee station, ironing etc) at each floor. Several eating places in the vicinity serve 24 hours food and beverages and a food court within the building makes it very convenient for travelers.

The hotel is right at a food court and at the railway station. The room looked like in the pictures, was clean and spacious. Really nice and helpful personel. I recommend this Hotel, but it definitely feels like a luxurious place.

The ony negative I might have was, that initially we paid ~2000INR a night and when we extended our stay they doubled the rate to ~4000INR a night. Might have been an availability thing, but double the price seemed a bit too much.

Restaurant manager was so attentive. He noticed we didn't like spicy food and offered us non spicy dinner options.

It was not as dirty as other places weve been to, but the floor could be cleaner, as well as the trash bins.

The location was excellent as it is very close and infact inside the railway station premises. The rooms are big spacious and neat. The service by the hotel is highly professional and quick to attend to issues. Enjoyed the restaurant as well.

Very slow and irresponsible staff

They were not generous to online guest , they do not provide breakfast too

Do not stay in this hotel as this hotel lacks certain facilities.

Room of the hotel does not have any cupboard or Almirah and confirmed from the reception of hotel that none of their room has any cupboard or almirah; this is very much unusual. Second the bathroom is very small in size and the funniest things the bathrooms have no tap except in the wash basin. Now if you want to wash your feet you have to use the shower which wets you too. I won't suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

Behaviour of staff was nice they were polite & food was tasty & we liked the way they serve.

A value for money, well located,especially if you have travelled by train as it is situated within the premises of the railway station. Functional, basic and okay for a short stay

No tea or coffee maker/ facilities within the room.

The location is right next to railway station which is superb as we don't have to look for cabs and other means of transport.Also, there is a food court just below the hotel which provides a lot of good options.The room was very big and clean and the bed was comfortable.

I found the bathroom a bit cramped. It should have been at least a little bigger.It might be the case with my room only but the Hot Water was not working.

The facilities and the staff were really helpful

Self help arrangement for tea and coffee in the corridor.Me and my wife are old people 75+. The employee Sh. Kuldeep, who helped us check-in and attended us, on all 3 days of our stay.
